Terms of use

Short and in plain language, because nobody reads the long version:

• Information only. Listings summarise official council data but are not legal advice and can lag council changes. On-site signage and council local laws always take precedence. You're responsible for your dog at all times.
• No warranty. The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded), we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on listings.
• Underlying data licences. Council datasets remain licensed by their publishers under CC-BY; attributions are shown per listing. Our original text, structure and synthesis are © Off-Leash Atlas. You may quote with attribution; don't bulk-copy the site.
• Visitor posts. By submitting a post you confirm it's your own first-hand experience, grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish and edit it for length/clarity, and accept that we moderate before publishing and may decline or remove posts (especially anything defamatory, commercial, or containing personal information). You can ask us to remove your own post at any time.
• Corrections. Errors are fixed, and removal requests honoured, via the corrections page within 7 days.
